Waytosoft Technologies Private Limited is set up at Plot No 140 and 142 in Anjali Gardens, which is out in Puppalaguda. It’s a developing area, so there’s always some construction going on nearby. Our office is a pretty functional space. We don't have any art on the walls or designer furniture. It’s mostly just sturdy tables and good internet. We focus on software development and tech services. Most of us live within a few kilometers, so we often see each other at the local stores or getting breakfast in the morning. The atmosphere in the office is pretty laid back. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and t-shirts. We have a lot of meetings, but they are mostly just us standing around a computer screen trying to figure out why something isn't working right. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage. We aren't a big name that everyone knows, and that’s fine with us. We just want to do a good job for the people who trust us with their projects. The commute can be a bit dusty with all the new buildings going up, but the area is growing fast. We’re just happy to have a solid place to work and a good team to do it with every day. There is a small tea stall right outside the gate where we go most afternoons. It is a nice way to break up the day.
