You can find us at H No 8, Phase 2 in Maytri Villa, right across from Gayatri College in Kalvancha, Hayath Nagar. It’s a nice little spot. Being near the college means there’s always a bit of life on the streets. Upteam Technologies is our company name, but we’re just a small crew working on tech projects. We set up shop in this villa because it had enough space for our servers and desks without feeling like a cage. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make way too much tea. The work is mostly technical support and some development stuff. It’s the kind of job where you’re always learning something new because things change so fast in this industry. We don’t have a big HR department or a boss who wears a suit. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to be done next. Sometimes we work weekends if a project is falling behind, but we try to keep a balance. The neighbors are nice, and it’s a fairly peaceful part of Hayath Nagar. We’re not looking to become some global giant; we just want to keep doing what we’re doing and maybe get a little better at it every day. It gets dusty near the road, so we’re always cleaning the windows, but we like having our own front door. It feels more like we are in control of things that way.
