Tineshwar Labs Private Limited

Tineshwar Labs Private Limited is tucked away in Tirumal Nagar Colony, specifically at No 246 and 247. It’s off Sagar Road in the Almasguda area. It’s a bit further out than some of the big tech hubs, but we like it that way. It’s quieter and gives us room to actually work without too much noise. We call ourselves a lab because a lot of what we do involves testing things out and seeing if they actually work in the real world. We spend a lot of time looking at data and trying to find where we might have made a mistake. It’s not the kind of work that looks good on a brochure, but it’s important to us. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some sturdy tables and enough power outlets for all our gear. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just want to do our work well. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes here. We know the neighbors and the local shop owners where we get our snacks. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here. If the trash needs taking out, whoever is closest does it. We keep things simple and honest. Sometimes we stay late because a project is at a critical stage, but usually, we try to keep regular hours. It’s a practical life here in Almasguda, and we’re just glad to have a place where we can focus on our tasks.
