Sri Kamadhenu Dairy Farm

Our farm, Sri Kamadhenu Dairy Farm, is located right in Anajpur Village, specifically at H. No. 4-38. We’ve been keeping cows here for quite some time now. It’s a lot of work getting up before the sun to start the milking, but it’s the life we chose. Hayathnagar is where we spend most of our time, either tending to the animals or making sure the sheds are clean. It gets pretty muddy when it rains, but the cows don't seem to mind much. We sell the milk locally to the people around the district. My family all chips in because there’s always something that needs fixing or a calf that needs extra attention. We don’t have any big corporate signs or anything like that. It’s just a regular family-run dairy farm. You can find us easily if you know the village layout. Sometimes the feed prices go up and things get tight, but we manage to keep going. We keep the equipment simple and functional. Most days are just spent feeding, cleaning, and milking. It’s a quiet life out here in the mandal, away from the city noise. We just focus on the daily chores and making sure the cows stay healthy. If you’re ever passing through Anajpur, you’ll probably see us out in the yard working on something or other. It's a busy life but it's ours.
