Shamsabad Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at 10-A V Floorbl-118/8 Maruti. Being on the fifth floor is a bit different for a farmer company, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time looking out over the area from up here. It’s a busy spot in the building and there’s always people coming and going from the other offices. We handle the coordination for a lot of the local farmers from this desk. It might seem a bit disconnected from the dirt and the fields, but we are constantly on the phone or meeting with people who are right out there in the thick of it. The Maruti building is easy to find, which helps when people need to drop off papers or just talk. We don't have any fancy decorations in the office. It’s mostly just desks, some chairs, and stacks of folders. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't looking to grow into some huge entity; we just want to do right by the farmers in Shamsabad. We've been here for a while and the routine is pretty set now. Morning tea, checking the reports, and then seeing who shows up at the door. It’s a practical way to run things and it fits the way we like to work. Nothing too formal, just honest business.
