We run Rubis Software Solutions Private Limited from a house in Hayathnagar. The address is H No 4-9-161/4/8. It’s a straightforward location in a residential neighborhood. We decided to set up here because it felt more personal than a big commercial building. The office is really just a converted part of the property where we’ve set up our workstations. We spend our days writing code and solving software problems for our clients. There’s no big reception desk or formal dress code here. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the screens. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks a lot during our meetings, but we’ve all gotten used to it. It’s a very human way to work. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have no real plans to move to a fancy office tower. We like being close to the local markets and the small shops where we get our lunch. The work gets done, and we don't have to deal with the headache of city center traffic. It’s a simple, honest setup that allows us to focus on the software without all the extra corporate noise that usually comes with this kind of business. It keeps things grounded for us as a team.
