Our office is over in the LB Nagar area, specifically in Bairamalguda. The address is 7-3-18/38, Plot No 38 in Mallikarjuna Nagar, which is near Saraswati Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but once you find the street, it’s easy enough. Reckontec IT Solutions is basically a group of people who enjoy working on software. We aren’t trying to be the next big global giant; we’re just a local business doing tech work. The office is pretty standard—desks, chairs, a lot of power strips, and the sound of typing all day long. We deal with various IT tasks, from building small bits of software to helping people with their tech setups. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know how to do. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s got a different vibe than the main IT corridors. We usually take turns bringing in snacks or going out for tea at the local stall. There’s no dress code here, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed as long as the work gets done on time. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to actually talk to each other. It’s a simple setup in a busy part of town, and we’ve made it our own over the years. We just keep at it and hope for the best with each new project.
