We started Progmaticlabs It Solutions Privatelimited in flat 101 of Vinayaka Residency. That is located in the Mithila Enclave area of Chanda Nagar. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't really look like a tech office from the outside. We liked it that way because it’s a lot more comfortable than those glass buildings. Inside, we’ve got our setups and a lot of wires running around. We mostly do IT work, fixing things or building software for whoever needs it. It’s a small operation. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a big plus in this city. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We’d rather just have good computers and a reliable internet connection. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the building with kids playing or neighbors talking, but we’ve gotten used to it. It feels like home, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to do the work right so our clients are happy and we can keep the lights on. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get biryani for everyone. It’s a very laid-back environment, but we take the technical side of things seriously. We just don't feel the need to act corporate about it. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
