You can find the Mall Farmer Producer Company Limited over in Nallavelly Village, which is part of the Yacharam Mandal in Rangareddy. Our office is located at House Number 2-41. It’s a quiet village and we are just a group of local farmers trying to work together. We started this because doing everything alone was getting too difficult and the prices weren't fair. At 2-41, we mostly sit around and figure out the best way to buy supplies in bulk and sell what we grow. It is a very hands-on operation. There are no fancy decorations or professional staff in uniforms; it is just us, the people who actually farm the land every day. We know the 501509 area well because we’ve lived here all our lives. The work isn't always easy, and sometimes the meetings at the house go on for a long time while we argue about the best way forward for the group. But at the end of the day, we are all neighbors who want the same thing. We don't use big words or have a complicated business plan that nobody can follow. It’s just about making sure we can keep farming in Nallavelly. If you walk by, you’ll probably see a couple of motorbikes parked outside and hear us talking about the crop prices or the latest rain forecast. It’s a very local, very plain way of doing things. We just want to make sure the farming community here stays strong and we can keep our livelihoods going in the Rangareddy district.
