Our spot is in Nallagandla, specifically in the Ramky One Galaxia complex. If you know the area, we are in Phase-1, tucked away in unit B-606. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the main city hubs, which actually helps when you’re trying to look at code all day. Magnifia IT Solutions isn’t a massive name you’d see on billboards, but we’re here doing our thing every day. The office has that lived-in feel, maybe a few too many stacks of papers and some dusty monitors in the corner. We focus on IT solutions, which basically means a lot of troubleshooting and building things that people need for their businesses. The team is just a handful of folks who know their way around a keyboard. We don’t have a receptionist or anything; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. Lunchtime usually involves someone going out to get biryani or just eating at the desks. It’s not very formal here. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. Nallagandla has changed a lot since we started, but our office remains pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a decent place to work, even if the elevator in the building takes forever sometimes. We just deal with it and get back to the screens. That is pretty much our daily routine here in the office.
