Kaptius India Private Limited is situated at Plot No. 94/P in Prakash Nagar, Rallaguda. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't familiar with the area, but it’s a decent spot once you get there. Rallaguda is a bit out of the main city rush, which is actually quite nice for us. We don’t have to deal with as much noise as the offices downtown. The building is just a normal structure, nothing that would stand out from the street. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of wires tucked away under the tables. We keep things pretty informal. Most of us show up in jeans and just get to work. There isn't a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door goes to answer it. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It’s where most of the office gossip happens during the ten-minute breaks we take. The light in the office is okay, though we usually keep the blinds down when the sun gets too bright in the afternoon. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just want a space that stays cool and has good chairs. Working here feels pretty grounded. It’s just us doing what needs to be done, day after day, without much drama or fuss. That is basically the whole story of our little office here.
