Our place at Iconwave Industries Private Limited is located in Serilingampally. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 1-95-5-4-A-1 and A-2, spanning several plot numbers like 170-67, 171, and 176-50. It’s a big enough space for us to get things done without stepping on each other's toes. We’ve been here for a while now, and the area has changed quite a bit around us. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of tables and lots of wires. We don't put much effort into the decor. It’s more about having a reliable place to sit and code or manage the industrial side of things. We have people coming in and out all day. Some of us have been working together so long we don't even need to talk much to know what needs doing. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. We have desks, chairs, and good enough lighting. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, and we just open a window if we can. The work at Serilingampally keeps us busy enough that we don't think much about how the office looks to outsiders. We just want to make sure the software and the industrial tasks are handled correctly. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, deal with the bugs or the logistics, and head home to our families. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours, and we take the work seriously enough to stay focused.
