Gsy Systems Private Limited is over in Hayat Nagar, specifically at Plot No 28 in Laxmanreddypalempedda Amberpeta. It’s a bit of a long name for a location, but it's where we’ve set up shop. The area is quite spread out and has a bit of a suburban feel compared to the more crowded parts of Hyderabad. We have a decent amount of space in our plot. The building is sturdy and does what it needs to do. We spend most of our time inside, dealing with the daily tasks that keep the business moving. It’s a pretty quiet team for the most part. We aren't really the type to have big celebrations or anything, we just like to get our work finished and head home to our families. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during the cooler months, just to get away from the screens. There aren't many big shops right next to us, so we usually have to plan our lunch or bring it from home. The commute can be a bit long for some of the guys, but they don't seem to mind too much. It’s a steady kind of life here. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or fancy coffee machines, just a basic setup that works. It feels like a real, local workplace where people actually know each other's names and families. That is how we have always operated around here.
