First Soft Systems Private Limited is situated over in Chandanagar. Our address is H. No. 1-36/1/12/19, in Vemana Colony. It’s part of the Serilingampally area. Finding the house can be tricky because the numbering in this colony is a bit confusing to people who don't live here. We’ve had delivery drivers get lost more than a few times. We are a small team. We work on various software systems and tech support. We didn’t want to be in a crowded IT park, so we chose this residential-feeling spot instead. It’s quieter, usually. Except for when the neighbor’s dog starts barking at something. Inside, it’s just a regular office. We have desks pushed against the walls to save space. We do our own cleaning mostly. There isn't any fancy corporate culture here. We just know each other well and work together. Some days are slow, and some days we are buried in work until late at night. We don't have any big marketing speeches to give. We just do the work we’re paid for and try to keep things moving along. It’s a modest business. We like the freedom of being our own bosses, even if it means we have to worry about the light bill and the plumbing ourselves. It’s just a few rooms with computers and a group of people trying to make things work.
