We are a bunch of farmers from Nagaram village and we set up this company to handle our business together. House number 1-94/1 is where we keep the records and meet up. It's a quiet spot out here in Bantwaram Mandal. Most days we are just working out in the fields or figuring out how to get things to the market. It started because individual farming was getting tough on everyone around here. Now we just pool what we have and see how it goes. It’s not a big fancy office, just a room where we sit and talk. Sometimes the power goes out but we manage with what we have. Most of us have lived here our whole lives and our families have farmed this land for a long time. We handle the crops and try to help each other out with seeds or equipment when someone is stuck. It is just local people from the village doing the work. Usually, you can find someone hanging around the house during the day if you need to talk. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It's just home base for the collective. We've got a lot of work ahead this season since the rain has been a bit weird lately. That's just how it goes with farming. Everyone knows everyone around here, so we just run things based on trust and hard work. Nothing too complicated really.
