We started things here in Chevella at house 1-89/1 in Gundala because we needed a way to get organized. Most of us are locals who grew up around these fields. It isn't a big operation with glass walls or anything like that. We just focus on what the farmers in our area need day to day. If you come by the address in Gundala, you'll see it’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of time talking to people around the village to figure out how to make things run a bit smoother for everyone involved. It gets busy during the season, and sometimes things feel a bit disorganized, but we get the work done. Being a producer company means we are all in it together. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just handle the crops and the logistics from our spot here in Chevella. It's been a learning process for all of us since we started. Some days are harder than others when the weather doesn't cooperate or the transport is late. We try to keep things honest and straightforward.
