Byrdesoft Private Limited is based out in Manikonda, specifically in the Secretariat Employees Colony. It’s a nice enough area, mostly quiet streets and people going about their business. We’ve been here for a while now. The office is just a place where we get our software work done. We aren’t some big firm with hundreds of employees; we’re just a small group that knows how to build things. Manikonda has changed a lot lately, but our corner of the colony stays pretty much the same. We spend our days mostly writing code and talking about how to fix bugs. It’s not always smooth sailing, and sometimes we spend hours on something that should have taken ten minutes. That’s just how it goes with technology. The Secretariat Employees Colony is mostly quiet, which helps when we really need to concentrate on a hard problem. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a few rooms with enough power for our machines and a place to sit. It gets the job done. We like the local feel of the neighborhood. You can walk out and grab a tea nearby when you need a break. Most of our neighbors are just families or other small offices, so it feels comfortable. We don't put much stock in flashy marketing. We just focus on the work sitting in front of us and try to get it right. It's a steady pace.
