Our place is out in Mallapur, specifically at Survey No.125 in the IDA area. It’s part of the Uppal Mandal in Rangareddy. If you’ve ever been to this industrial area, you know it’s full of factories and warehouses. We are right in the thick of it. Inside our building, things are kept very clean because that’s just how it has to be for pharmaceuticals. We have a few different rooms for mixing and testing, and a small office where we keep all the records. It gets pretty hot out here in the summer, but we have the cooling systems running to keep the products safe. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of people; we’re a smaller outfit focused on getting the batches done correctly. Most of us have been working in this sector for a long time, so we know the routine. We spend a lot of our time looking at labels and checking the weight of things. It’s precise work, and you can’t really rush it. Sometimes the delivery trucks get delayed at the gate, which throws off our schedule, but we just adjust. We don't spend money on fancy lobby furniture or decorations. We just have what we need to do the job. Every day is about following the steps and making sure the supplies are coming in so the production doesn’t stop. It’s a bit out of the way, but we like it here. We close up around six most days. It's quiet at night.
