D'Lite Bricks Industries

If you go behind the Nagole Engineering College in Kuntloor, you’ll find us at Sy. No. 206. We are tucked away in Papalgudem, which is part of the Hayathnagar area in R.R. Dist. It’s a bit of a trek to get back here, but we like the space. D'Lite Bricks Industries has been operating from this site for a good while. You can hear the college students sometimes when they’re outside between classes, but mostly it’s just the sound of our own machines and the clinking of bricks being moved. The ground is often a bit uneven, so you have to watch where you walk. We’ve got a lot of inventory spread out across the lot. It gets pretty muddy when the monsoon hits, making it a real chore to get the deliveries out on time. We do our best to stay on top of things, but some days are just slower than others. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon. We usually have a few guys working the site, and there’s always a bit of dust in the air. People come to us because we’re right here in the neighborhood. It’s not a polished operation, just a lot of hard work and heavy lifting. We keep the gates open during the day, and there’s almost always a truck being loaded or unloaded near the back. It is a noisy place, but it is where we belong.
