Style Burrito

Our place is on the first floor of the ANS Complex in Doranda, Ranchi. We are really close to Doranda College, so we see a lot of students and teachers every single day. Style Burrito is a name we liked, and we have been working out of this space for a while now. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor, but people seem to find us just fine. The kitchen is where we spend most of our time, prepping things and making sure everything is ready for the lunch rush. Ranchi weather can be a bit unpredictable, so some days we are freezing and other days it’s boiling in the back. We don't have a big fancy menu with a thousand things on it. We just focus on what we know how to do well. The furniture is simple, and we did most of the painting ourselves when we first moved in. It’s not a five-star place, but it’s clean and we try to be friendly to everyone who walks in. We know a lot of the college kids by name because they come in so often between their classes. Running a food spot in a complex like this means you have to be quick and you have to be consistent. We just try to keep the ingredients fresh and the prices fair for the neighborhood. It’s a lot of washing dishes and cleaning tables, but we like the bustle.
