Our main office is on the sixth floor of Hariom Tower, which is a very well-known building on Circular Road here in Ranchi. Being up in room 606 means we have a bit of a view, but mostly we just look at the boards and the books. The elevator in this building is often quite busy, so many of our students end up taking the stairs. It’s a good workout, I suppose. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. The rooms are set up for classes with rows of benches and chairs. It’s a practical space. We don't have any expensive decorations or modern gadgets. We just use what works for teaching the students. Circular Road is always buzzing with activity, and being in Hariom Tower puts us right in the middle of it all. There are many other offices and shops in the same building, so it never feels quiet. We have a routine where we start early in the morning and keep going until the last batch leaves in the evening. Our staff is just a few people who handle the teaching and the basic admin work. We don't really do much in terms of promotion. Most of our students come here because a sibling or a friend told them about us. It’s a very local way of running things. We just focus on the syllabus and making sure the students understand their lessons. It’s a lot of sitting and studying, but we try to keep things moving along.
