Red Oven Bakery Private Limited

Red Oven Bakery is a small place located at Shop No 1 in the Seraikella Kharsawan area. It is a little bit of a drive if you are coming from the center of Jamshedpur, but we actually like being out here. We spend our whole day baking bread, cakes, and different types of cookies. The big oven is the center of everything we do. We started this whole thing because we liked the idea of a local neighborhood bakery where people could just stop by for a fresh loaf. It is not a massive factory with machines doing everything. It is just us in the back room with bags of flour and yeast. That smell of fresh bread in the early morning is still the best part of this job for me. Sometimes the cakes do not look perfectly smooth or professional, but they always taste like they should. We use very simple ingredients that you would find in any home kitchen. Seraikela-kharsawan is a fairly quiet place and we have gotten to know the families living nearby. They usually stop in on their way home from work to see what we have just pulled out of the oven. We do not have a huge menu, just the basic stuff people need for their tea or breakfast. Every day follows the same routine of prep, bake, and clean. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We do not do any real advertising because the smell usually does the work for us. We are just happy to be here.
