Path Maker Coaching Institute

Being located at Piska More means we see a lot of people every day. Path Maker Coaching Institute is basically just a few rooms where we get together to study. It’s not some big institution with a glass front. We have some wooden chairs that sometimes creak when you sit down, and the whiteboards have those permanent stains from markers that didn't quite wipe off. Most of the people working here live nearby in Ranchi, so we don't have to travel too far. We usually open up early to get the rooms ready before the first group arrives. The street outside is always crowded with people heading to work or the market, so it feels very much a part of the city's life. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, it’s just one of us sitting there checking the attendance. If a student is late, they just slip in quietly. We talk a lot with the parents about how things are going at home because that affects the studying too. It’s just a practical place. We don't have air conditioning, just the big ceiling fans that hum all day. It gets the job done. Life here is mostly about finishing the syllabus and making sure the lights are turned off before we lock up and head home. There isn't much more to it than that. Just a daily grind in a busy part of town.
