Being a Partner In Gopal Jee & Associates, Chartered Accountants keeps me pretty busy these days. Our office is on the 3rd floor of the Riada building, specifically units 3-12. This is right on the Main Road in Ranchi, so there is always something going on outside our windows. The Riada building is one of those places that everyone knows, and 834001 is a central spot for any business. Getting up to the third floor is a daily routine for us and our staff. We spend the bulk of our time looking at financial statements and trying to make sense of the latest tax updates from the government. Gopal Jee & Associates has a good number of people working here to keep things moving. It isn’t always quiet, as there is usually a printer running or someone discussing a ledger. We deal with a lot of local businesses and individuals who just need their taxes sorted out properly. Main Road can be a bit of a headache with the parking sometimes, but being so central makes it easy for clients to find us. We don't go in for big speeches about what we do. We just sit down at the desks, open the files, and get to it. Jharkhand has its own way of doing business, and we are right in the thick of it here in Ranchi. It's solid work that needs a steady hand and a lot of patience.
