Panther Security Service

Panther Security Service is based out of Namkumbh, specifically in the Sadabahar area near Shishu Vihar School in Sirkasoli. It is a bit of a quiet neighborhood until the school lets out, then the roads get filled with cycles and parents. Our office is just a basic room where we keep our equipment and the guard schedules. We don't really have a big sign or anything fancy, just a door where people know to come if they need help with security. Most of our guys are from around Sirkasoli or the nearby villages. We spend our mornings checking in with the night shift and making sure everything stayed quiet. Then we spend the rest of the day talking to new recruits or visiting the sites where our guards are posted. It isn't a glamorous job. There is a lot of sitting around and watching gates, and our job is to make sure everyone stays awake and alert. We use simple English and local language to get things done because that’s what everyone understands here. The office often smells like tea because someone is always brewing a pot. We have had to deal with all sorts of small problems over the years, from broken flashlights to lost keys, but we just handle it as it comes. It is a small business, and we like keeping it that way so we can actually know the people working for us.
