Our office is on the 3rd floor of Roshpa Tower, which is right on the Main Road in Ranchi. We are very close to Raj Hospital, so it’s a landmark most people recognize easily. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a break from the noise of the Main Road traffic, though you can still hear the horns sometimes. The office isn't very big. It’s mostly filled with desks and chairs for our staff and the tutors who come in to coordinate their schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to parents and finding the right tutors for their children. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work. We have a small waiting area for people who drop by. We don't have fancy decorations, just some calendars and notice boards on the walls. The lift in Roshpa Tower can be busy during peak hours, so sometimes we just walk up. We’ve been here for a while and know the city's geography well, which helps when we have to send tutors to different neighborhoods. It’s a practical business. We focus on matching people up and keeping track of all the different sessions. There’s always someone in the office to handle the paperwork. It’s a steady pace of work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city life right outside our window. It’s just how we run things here on a daily basis.
