Our place, Minerals Industries Pvt Ltd, is over in Shyamali Colony in the Doranda area of Ranchi. We are at B-119. It’s a decent neighborhood, and being based here makes it easy for us to stay connected with the local industry. We handle a variety of mineral-related tasks, from sourcing to some basic processing oversight. It’s not always clean work, but it’s what we are good at. The office is a bit lived-in, with maps on the walls and plenty of mineral samples sitting on the shelves. We don't go in for high-end furniture or polished floors. We prefer things to be practical and easy to use. Most of our workers live nearby, so there’s a real sense of community in the office. We don't spend money on big ad campaigns or fancy logos. Instead, we rely on the fact that people in Ranchi know who we are and what we do. We’ve had some tough years and some good ones, but we’ve stayed at this same address throughout all of it. We talk to our clients like regular people because that’s what we are at the end of the day. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of people getting things done. We keep things simple: we buy, we sell, and we make sure the quality is what it needs to be. It’s a straightforward approach that has served us well over the years in this part of Jharkhand. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
