You’ll find Michis inside the S P G Mart on Old H B Road. We are quite close to Bahu Bazaar, which is always a crowded spot in Ranchi. Being inside the mart means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the sidewalk, which is nice. We have a decent space here where people can sit down after they finish their shopping. It’s not a big fancy operation. We just have a few people in the kitchen and someone at the counter. We’ve been here for a while and the regulars know where we are. We don't do a lot of talking, just get the orders done. The mall environment is okay, but we try to keep our corner feeling a bit more like a local shop. The lighting is bright and we keep everything tidy. Sometimes the mart gets really packed on Sundays, and we have to move a bit faster. We don't really have a big philosophy or anything. We just opened up because there was a spot available and we knew how to cook. It’s been working out okay so far. We see a lot of the same faces every week. If you’re around Bahu Bazaar and need to sit for a bit, you can come find us at M 1. We just keep things moving and try to make sure everyone gets their food the way they like it. We aren't doing anything special, just running a shop.
