Mauriya Coaching Centre

If you know Karwala Chawk, you know how it gets during the peak hours. Mauriya Coaching Centre is right there on Karwala Tank Road, not too far from the Mission Ground. It is a decent walk from the main crossing. The building stays mostly cool because of the way it is built, which is lucky during the Ranchi summers. We have a few rooms set up with desks and chairs. They aren't new, but they are sturdy enough for the students. Usually, the first thing I do in the morning is check if the water filter is filled up. People come in and out all day. Sometimes the noise from the Mission Ground during local matches drifts over here, but it isn't too distracting for the kids. We keep things pretty straightforward. There are piles of notes on the front desk and a calendar that we forget to flip sometimes. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. The local shops around here know us well. It is not a polished office, just a place for classes. We deal with the usual things like flickering lights or a door that squeaks sometimes. You just get used to these small issues when you run a place for a long time. The students bring their own lunch and eat in the small corridor. It is a very humble atmosphere, just people trying to learn something new. We just keep things moving as best as we can every single day.
