Manvrita Agrospices Llp is set up in Getlatu, specifically at Flat Number 104 on the first floor of Akash 2. This is part of Gautam Green City, which is a fairly decent area to work from. We mainly deal with spices and agro products, so the air around the storage area usually smells pretty strong. It’s a bit of a climb up to the first floor, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise when we are moving things around. It’s a small operation, really. We spend our days checking the quality of the spices and making sure the packaging is tight. Ranchi can be quite pleasant, and Getlatu is far enough away from the main city chaos to be manageable. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us handling the spices and talking to the local suppliers. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the traffic near the city center, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job and keep the spice jars full. It’s a very simple existence. Most of the people working here are from nearby, so we all know each other well. It’s just a regular workplace in a regular building. We keep our spice inventory organized and try to stay on top of the orders as they come in.
