You can find Malhotra Classes in the Dena Bank Building. We are located on Pustak Path in the Upper Bazar area of Ranchi. It’s a very specific spot, right at Sahid Chowk and just across from the Marwari Boys School. If you know that school, you can’t miss us. Upper Bazar is always a hive of activity with people buying books and supplies, which makes it a good place for a coaching center. Our rooms are inside the bank building, which is a solid old structure. It stays relatively cool inside even when the sun is beating down on the street. We focus on teaching the kids from the local schools. The desks are lined up in rows and we spend our hours going over chapters and solving problems on the board. We have been here for a long time, so the floorboards have a bit of a creak when you walk on them. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We know the parents and we know which kids are working hard and which ones are daydreaming. There are no big advertisements on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a map. We like to keep it simple and honest. If the bells from the Marwari Boys School ring, we know it’s time to start wrapping up for the day. It’s a noisy, busy, real part of Ranchi, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops.
