Kunj Pharma

Our shop, Kunj Pharma, sits right on Hinoo Road in Ranchi. We are very close to the Hinoo Chowk, which makes it easy for people to stop by when they are out running errands. The area is usually quite crowded with traffic and people walking to the market. We keep a lot of different medicines on the shelves, trying to make sure we have what people need when they come in with a prescription. The shop itself is not very fancy. It has glass counters and shelves piled high with boxes. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a specific item if it is tucked away in the back, but we know where most things are kept. Being in Ranchi, especially near the 834002 area, means we see a lot of the same neighbors every week. Some people just come in to get their regular blood pressure pills or vitamins. We talk to the customers about the weather or local news while we pack their bags. It feels good to be a part of the Hinoo community. The lights in the shop are bright so we can read the labels clearly. We stay open late most nights because you never know when someone might need something urgently. It can be a long day standing on our feet, but that is the nature of the pharmacy business here in this part of town. We just try to get the medicine right for everyone who visits.
