Icwai Classes

Our classes are held in the Art Block over at Sarna Bhawan. It’s on Circular Road, which is one of those streets in Ranchi that never seems to sleep. The building itself has a lot of history and you can feel that when you walk through the halls. It’s not a sleek, modern office park. It’s a place with character and maybe a bit of dust here and there. We focus specifically on ICWAI work, so the people who come here are usually pretty serious about their books. We’ve been using these rooms for a while now. The lighting is okay, and we have enough space for the students to spread out their papers. We don’t have any fancy posters or promotional banners on the walls. It’s just a place to learn. We spend a lot of time preparing the materials and making sure the schedules don’t clash. Circular Road can be a nightmare for parking, so most of us just get used to walking a bit. The staff here are just folks who have been in the education line for a long time. We know the rhythms of the city and when the traffic will be at its worst. It’s a quiet environment once you get inside the Art Block, despite the honking outside. We just show up every day, open the doors, and get to the business of teaching. It’s a simple life and it works for us. We've seen many people move forward from these rooms.
