People in Ranchi know how it is when you’re looking for someone to help your kids with school. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes trying to find a person who actually shows up on time and knows the syllabus. We’ve been operating out of Rajorshi Appartment on Radium Road for a while now. It’s right near Rajasthan Kalewalaya, so there’s always people around and the smell of sweets in the air. This whole thing started because we saw how much parents were struggling in the Kutchery Road area. It’s not a big corporate office with fancy glass doors. It’s just us in a regular room with some desks and a lot of phone calls going back and forth. Some days it gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We spend most of our morning talking to parents and the afternoons checking in with the teachers we send out. It’s a lot of coordination work. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find out about us because their neighbor’s kid did better on a math test. That’s how things work here. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the tutors actually get to the houses on time. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this part of Ranchi for years and seen the roads change, but the need for a bit of extra help at home stays the same. That’s just how it is.
