Hindalco Industries Limited

Out here in Lohardaga, we are based on Court Road. The office is at D-11 and Ashok Thakur is the one usually managing the day-to-day things for Hindalco Industries Limited. Lohardaga is a small place compared to the big cities, but it is very important for the work we do. Being on Court Road means we are close to the center of town, which is handy. The building itself is quite plain. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are mostly focused on the mining and metal logistics that happen in this part of Jharkhand. It can get pretty dusty around here with all the trucks and the movement of materials, but that is just part of the job. We have a few desks and some benches for people to sit while they wait. The rhythm of the office follows the local pace. We start early before it gets too hot and try to get most of the heavy paperwork done by midday. It is a simple setup, really. We talk to the drivers, check the weight of the loads, and keep track of everything going out. There isn't any corporate jargon here; we just speak plain English or the local tongue to get things done. It is honest work, and we have been a part of the community for quite some time now. We just keep our heads down and make sure the operations run as they should every single day. The local tea stall nearby is where we usually get our morning start.
