Gharomj Arktecher

Our office is tucked away in Word No 52, right on Road No-2 in Vikas Nagar. Most people know the area because of Samaj Marriage Road or the G.E.L. Church nearby. We’ve been at this location for a bit. It’s a quiet enough street most days, though it picks up when there’s a wedding at the hall. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Gharomj Arktecher is really just a small team trying to get things built right. We don't use a lot of big words. If a wall needs to move, it moves. Sometimes the weather slows us down. Rain can be a real pain for site visits. We try to stay organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the big table. We keep coffee going most of the day. You’ll find us usually hunched over drawings or on the phone checking on material deliveries. It’s a job like any other, really. We like seeing a building go from a sketch to something real. It takes a lot of patience. Sometimes the client changes their mind halfway through, and we just have to start that section over. We don't mind too much. It’s just part of the process. If you’re coming from the main road, the church is the best landmark to look for. We’re usually there until late if a deadline is coming up. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours and we enjoy the work.
