Architect group

We are based in Nagpuria Tola, which is part of the Bariaatu Basti area in Ranchi. It’s a local neighborhood, and our office fits right in with the surrounding houses. We’ve been here in Jharkhand for some time now, doing architectural work for the community. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties to work. You’ll usually find us in simple clothes, probably with some pencil lead or dust on our hands. We do a lot of residential work, helping families figure out how to use their land. There is a lot of talking involved, just sitting down with neighbors and listening to what they want. We don't use fancy software for every little thing; sometimes a quick sketch on a piece of paper is the best way to explain an idea. The office can get a bit messy with all the maps and site plans, but we know where everything is. Ranchi is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we rely on our reputation more than any advertisements. We just try to be honest about what can be built and how much it will really cost. It’s straightforward work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help build a few good houses in our corner of the city. We take things one day at a time and try to do right by people.
