Echomed is based right at Tupudana Chowk on the Main Road. We’re located at Mohan Lal Sahu’s place. It’s a very busy spot because of the chowk, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We handle the pharmaceutical side of things from here. It’s a simple office where we manage our deliveries and talk to our clients. Being on the Main Road makes it easy for people to find us, which is a big help. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, just a small group trying to do things the right way. We deal with medicine distribution mostly. The traffic at Tupudana can be a bit of a headache when we’re trying to move stock, but we’ve learned to work around the peak hours. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just tell people what we have and try to get it to them when they need it. It’s an honest way to make a living. The office is filled with files and the sound of the phone ringing. We don't mind the noise; it means we’re busy. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we plan to stay. It’s just us, working hard at the chowk every day to keep the business going. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall across the road when things get slow, but usually, we are just working through our list. It is a simple life but it keeps us on our toes.
