Coaching Class Manoj

Manoj started this place because he lived right here near Lake Road and saw a lot of kids needing a spot to study. We are located quite close to the Talabjail area. It’s a recognizable part of Ranchi, though it can get a bit congested during the peak hours. The building isn’t anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a practical space where we can get some work done. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of benches and a table for the teacher. We don't have fancy air conditioning or revolving chairs. Most of the time, the windows are open to let a breeze in from the lake side, which helps when it gets hot in the summer. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but the atmosphere in the classroom stays pretty much the same. Students come in, drop their bags, and get to work. We spend our time managing the timing for different groups. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication with parents who live nearby. We don’t use any complicated systems. Everything is kept in simple notebooks and folders. If you’re walking by the lake, you’ve probably seen the kids heading our way after their school lets out. It’s just a local operation run by people who know the area well. We like the location because it’s easy for most people to reach without having to go all the way into the main market. It's just a regular part of our day.
