Captain Coaching Institute

If you know where Galaxia Cinema Hall is in Hehal, you’ve probably passed by Captain Coaching Institute. We’re located right near Elah Kothi, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Ranchi. The area is usually quite lively because of the cinema, so there’s always something going on outside. Our rooms are fairly basic. We have some long benches and a few tables for the teachers. It’s not the kind of place with carpets or fancy lights. We just have what’s needed to sit down and study for a few hours. Sometimes the smell of popcorn from the cinema drifts over, which the kids seem to like. We’ve been in Hehal for a good amount of time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The building we’re in has its quirks, like a door that sticks sometimes when it’s raining. But we don't mind. It feels like home to us. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re all part of the same local crowd. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for the students to come in with their questions. It’s just a regular part of the day for everyone involved. We focus on the books and let the rest take care of itself. That’s just how we operate day in and day out.
