Birsa Career Creation Coaching Institute is located out at Kathal More in Ranchi. This area, with the 835301 code, feels a bit different than the center of the city. It has its own pace. Our building is easy to spot if you are familiar with the Kathal More junction. It is a simple place, nothing that would make you stop and stare. We have a few classrooms inside. They are basic, with enough room for students to sit comfortably and take notes. We don't have air conditioning, just the ceiling fans that hum all day long. The air out here is a little better than in the middle of town, which is a plus. We spend our mornings getting everything ready for the day's work. There is no corporate headquarters or anything like that. It is just us here at Kathal More. We use a lot of whiteboards and markers. Most of the furniture is local and made to last. We don't have a fancy waiting room. If parents come by, they usually just pull up a chair in the main area. We are just a local institute trying to help out with career stuff and exams. We don't use any high-tech gadgets if we don't have to. It is all about the interaction between us and the people who come here. We keep our doors open and just do the work as best as we can without making a fuss about it.
