Agrasen Home Tuition

Agrasen Home Tuition is based out of Kanke Road in Ranchi, right near the Reliance Mart. This part of the city is always busy with cars and people going about their shopping. Our setup is mostly about connecting teachers with families who need someone to come to their house. Since we are on Kanke Road, we get a lot of people dropping by to ask about tutors for their kids. The office is small and usually filled with registers where we keep track of everyone’s schedules. It can get a bit chaotic when the phones are ringing and we are trying to find a math teacher who is free on Tuesday evenings. We don't have any big corporate ideas here. It is more about knowing who is good at teaching and who needs help. Ranchi is a big place so managing the travel for tutors takes up a lot of our time. We talk to a lot of parents who are worried about their children's grades and we just try to find a solution that works for them. There is no fancy technology involved, just a lot of talking and planning. The area around Reliance Mart is always crowded, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache if you come to see us. We have been doing this for a while and the routine stays pretty much the same. It is a practical business run by people who know the local schools and the local syllabus.
