Ak Service

We operate Ak Service out of Ananadam. It's a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works for us. We aren't a big company with many branches or anything like that. It’s just a small team of us doing the work day in and day out. Most of our tools and equipment are kept in the back room. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-work with our sleeves rolled up. Ananadam is a decent place to be based. It’s quiet enough that we can get our tasks done without too many distractions. We started this because we knew how to fix things and figured we could do it for the people nearby. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We just show up, do the job, and go home. Sometimes the phone rings all day, and other times it’s completely silent. We don’t mind either way. It’s a honest living. We’ve been told we should get a bigger sign, but everyone who needs us seems to find us anyway. We keep things pretty informal. You can just talk to us like normal people. We don’t like all that professional talk you get at the big firms. It’s just us here at Ananadam, doing our bit for the locals who need help.
