Aim Organic Agriculture Farmer Producer Company Limited

Aim Organic is located out in Rajaisa Bazar, right in the Sangramgarh block, around the Rampur area. We operate from Vijay Singh’s place. It’s a very local thing, a farmer producer company where the goal is just to handle organic agriculture better. Sangramgarh is a place where everyone knows everyone, and farming is what keeps the town going. We aren't some distant corporation. We are just local people who decided that organic was the way to go. It’s a lot more work than using the standard sprays, but we think it's worth it for the long run. Our days are spent in the market or out at the block office, trying to get things organized for the members. It can be a real headache sometimes, dealing with the logistics of moving produce from here to the bigger cities. But we stick together as a group. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and usually a few farmers sitting around talking about the weather. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure our families and our customers get food that isn't full of chemicals. It’s a slow process, building up an organic business in a place like this, but we are patient. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay here in Rajaisa Bazar for a lot longer. It’s just us, the land, and our local community working together to make things a little bit better for the next generation.
