Patanisheetgrah is located in Pratap Colony in Ranchi. If you know the area, it isn't too hard to find us. We have been operating from this spot for a while now. The building is just a regular house that we converted into a working space. It works for what we need. We handle cold storage and related things, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the seasons. Ranchi is a place where people appreciate hard work and that is what we try to give. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and making sure everything is running like it should. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them ourselves. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood or nearby towns who have known us for years. The office part of the building is small and has some old wooden chairs. We keep our records in big ledgers mostly, though we use the computer for some things too. It's a bit dusty sometimes because of the road outside, but we clean up when we can. We are just regular people running a small business in Pratap Colony. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to keep the business going and do a fair job for the people who rely on us every day. It is honest work and that is enough for us.
