Naandi Foundation

Down here in Jharkhand, specifically in Hazaribagh, our little office for Naandi Foundation is tucked away in the Pundi Project area. If you’re looking for us, we are over in the Hesagora post office area, under the care of Binoda Nand Prasad. It’s a quiet spot most days, though the paperwork for the projects can get a bit overwhelming sometimes. We deal with the local issues as they come up. The road out here isn't the smoothest, so getting supplies in takes a bit of planning ahead of time. There are a few of us who sit here and try to keep things organized. Usually, the fan is humming in the corner and someone is talking on the phone about the next project milestone. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a functional space where we get things done for the community. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait or talk about what needs to be fixed next. Life in Hazaribagh moves at its own pace, and we just follow along with it. We’ve been in this Pin 825316 area for a good bit now. Most people around here know where to find us if they need something regarding the foundation work. We try to keep the files in order, though the shelves are getting pretty full lately. It is just honest work day in and day out.
