S M Divya Driving School

S M Divya Driving School is based in Pattanamkathan, which is in the Ramanathapuram area. We’ve been teaching people how to drive for a while now. The office isn’t much to look at, just a small space where we keep the records and handle the license applications. Most of our work happens out on the roads. We use a couple of cars that have seen plenty of wear and tear from beginners struggling with the clutch and the gears. It’s a lot of sitting in the passenger seat and making sure the students don't hit anything. We deal with all sorts of people, from young kids who just turned eighteen to older folks who finally decided they need to drive. The roads around Ramanathapuram can be a bit chaotic, so it’s a good place to learn. We don’t use any big slogans or say we are the best. We just sit there, stay patient, and try to get people through their driving tests. It’s a practical business. We spend our days out in the sun and the dust, going over the same turns and parking maneuvers over and over again. If you come by our spot in Pattanamkathan, you’ll probably see someone stalling a car or trying to reverse into a tight spot. It’s just the way it goes here. We keep things simple and just focus on the driving, one student at a time.
