This business is run by the son of Mr. S. Elangovan. We are out in Tamilnadu, in the Ramnad district. Specifically, we are in Mudukulathur Taluk at Vennirvoikkal. It’s a rural area, so things move a bit slower here compared to the big cities like Chennai or Madurai. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We mostly work out of our place and meet people wherever is convenient for them. Being in a small village means everyone knows who we are. We do civil work for the local community. It could be anything from a small repair to something a bit bigger. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just rely on doing a decent job so the next person hears about us. The address is just our home and work spot combined. It's a bit of a drive to get out here if you aren't from the area. We spend a lot of time outdoors because that’s where the work is. Mudukulathur is a quiet place most of the time. We like the sun and the open space. Our tools are well-used and we don't mind getting our hands dirty. It’s just how things are done in this part of the country. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation. We are just local people doing civil jobs for our neighbors and making a living out of it.
