Abilaksh Earth Movers

We’ve been here at Housing Board, number 168, for a good while now. Abilaksh Earth Movers isn't a big fancy setup. It's mostly just us and the machines we keep out back. People around the neighborhood usually see the yellow equipment moving in and out early in the morning when the sun is barely up. We deal with a lot of dirt, rocks, and clearing out spaces where people want to build something new. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, like when it rains and everything turns to mud, but we just wait it out and get back to it. My cousin helps with the bookkeeping, though he's not very good at it sometimes. We keep the machines running the best we can, grease them up, and hope they don't break down in the middle of a big job. If you walk past the Housing Board area, you can probably hear us working. It’s loud and messy work, but someone has to do it so the town can grow. We don't have a big office or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we sit and talk about the next day’s schedule. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are. We don’t do much advertising. It’s just about getting the machine to the site and moving the earth where it needs to go. We’ve seen a lot of changes in this part of town lately.
