Our place is out in Dasanapura, specifically at #232 in Munihuchana Palya. It’s part of the Dasanapura Hobli, which feels quite a bit different from the center of Bangalore. It’s more of a village vibe here. We don’t have the huge malls or the massive crowds right outside our doorstep. Instead, it’s a bit more open, though the city is definitely catching up to us. Nandhar Technologies Llp is based right here in this local spot. The building is a simple structure, the kind you see all over this part of the state. Getting here can be a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the south side of the city, but we’re used to the commute by now. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy HR department. It’s just a few of us handling the technical side of things. Most days are pretty quiet, which is good for getting things finished. We might see a few neighbors walking by or some local transport moving through the village. It’s a honest way to work, away from the madness of the main tech hubs. We don't try to pretend to be something we're not. We just have our office here, we do our hours, and we go home. It’s a straightforward life in a straightforward location. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get everything done on time anyway. It’s just part of the daily life here.
